I never thought I'd be recommending gifts for the holidays but I recently had a realization. The gift I can give everyone I love is the gift of making sure they have their PC or laptop backed up, and making sure that in a medical emergency I have the information that I need. Michael Beck of Emerging Technologies Group Wins Top Honor as One of IT's Unsung Heroes; Sean Thomas of True Prism Technologies Wins First Prize.

This year it is in Washington D.C., which makes it easy to get to for all the east-coasters that usually don't get around.
